Health Guarantee

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership and all associated responsibilities transfer to the Buyer. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Exchanges will be permitted only under the conditions outlined in the Health Guarantee below.

1. Health at Time of Sale:

• The Breeder guarantees that the dog is in good health at the time of sale, has received all age-appropriate vaccinations, and has been dewormed.

• The Buyer acknowledges that they have inspected the dog and agree that it appears to be in good health upon transfer.

2. Veterinary Examination Requirement:

• The Buyer is required to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 business days of receipt.

• Failure to comply with this requirement voids all guarantees under this contract.

3. Genetic Health Guarantee:

• The Breeder provides a one year limited genetic health guarantee against life-threatening congenital disorders.

• The Buyer must provide regular veterinary care, including vaccinations and check-ups.

4. Replacement Policy:

• If the dog is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic defect within the guarantee period, the Breeder will provide a replacement puppy of equal value when available. This is only after the buyer shows an official veterinarian report and all original documentation.

• No money related refunds will be issued.

5. Exclusions:

• This guarantee does not cover:

  • Hypoglycemia, hernias, cryptorchidism

  • Internal/external parasites, coccidia, giardia

  • Stress-related conditions (e.g., diarrhea due to travel or environmental changes)

  • The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the dog’s health, temperament, and well-being after the full purchase process has been completed.
